Yesterday we had some wonderful weather, so I went into the garden to make a shot with a simplistic almost abstract goal. This was the result.

After seeing two times cat eyes I decided to go for something different, something that no one else could possible think of…. Snake eyes. The poster just before me, posted snake eyes as well… All the entries are right here.
The shot is decent, the dice are placed where I wanted them to be, the shadows are as I thought they should be, and I even managed to get the DoF as I wanted. A major step forward compared to the first product like shot I made, where everything seems impossibly hard and didn’t turn out the way I wanted.
So in some sense I feel the progression right now, which is nice. I doubt I win with this shot though. But challenges are good.

Wild dog attacking bone!

Today’s image is of my favourite subject – Oskar. I tried capturing him while he was eating one of his bones, and the combines low light with him frenzied on his bone created kind of a blurry photo. Best thing I could produce today though.
